Benny Greb has a metronome app, the Gap Click, that works as a regular click, if that's all you want, but also enables you to easily move the click around from measure to measure and, most notably, gives the ability to set it to have measures of silence, for extra tempo training. It looks pretty great and seems to only be $2.99.
