Are Genera G2 clear and G2 clear the same thing?

Yes - 100%.

Genera was a marketing distinction that is slowly getting retired or limited to certain snare heads.

If you see a G2 that says "genera G2" - it's likely an older stock head - but the specs are the exact same: 2 7mill plies.

Thank you sir. I doubt they're discussing marketing strategies on their website. That's why I asked in here.
