Yup should be no issue. In general most modules will work with most pads - at least as single zone. At the end of the day most pads are just 50 cent piezos in a shell with a rubber, mesh, Mylar or silicone head You'll need to tweak the module settings to suit.
YMMV.
It has trigger inputs so it will accept any sort of "pad" that has a corresponding cable, as @electrodrummer said above most of these "pads" are a cheap pezio inside a fancy housing made to look and feel like a drum. What I'm not sure about is how many zones it will have. For a tom it's not a big deal but for a snare you may only have the snare drum sound and not the rim shot or cross stick sound. I only ever played with a dm pro unit in a studio that had one running to a midi keyboard, I used it to punch in some electronic sounding effects over recordings with primarily acoustic drums.
