Got them, thx. Currently there are 50 US shops on the list in progress, but there's room for a lot more! :)

Fork's of course and thanks on Steve Maxwell, will note that he's primarily a vintage & collector's shop with some esoteric brands. :)

Hard to know where to draw the line for online stores. Sweetwater for example is widely-known online, but who knew that the headquarters in Ft. Wayne Indiana is also a store? Well, I know, because I was there 20 years ago to buy a sampler!

Currently we have the list divide by USA, Canada and Europe (more to come of course.) So if we add a section for online stores, where does Sweetwater fit - as a location that sells online (which most shops do anyway), or is it an online store that happens to have a storefront? Does it get listed twice?

Online stores may ship worldwide, so should their location be listed as an indicator of reduced shipping time & cost to a destination in that country?

The list needs to be informative and easy to navigate, so putting listings in the most correct place is important. I think that duplicating entries just bloats the list and may cause confusion.

This would also include Drum Center Portsmouth and Dale’s Drum Shop, among many others. Perhaps you can make a column that includes a URL and another column with a physical address.

Put Sweetwater in Indiana because that's where the store is. Put a link to its website under the stores address:

I would only put online only in the online only section. Only. 🙂

There is. :)

But that alone doesn't differentiate between a shop that sells online, and an online-only 'store' such as Reverb, Cymbalsonly, etc.

That's my inclination as well.

The list will be easily fixable, so if something is way out of place, members can let us know and it will be adjusted accordingly.
