Drummers!!
Just sharing another short lick, this is a pretty cool idea I saw Derico Watson (killer drummer) play. I'm not sure if this was his thought process behind this lick but well, this is my own interpretation. There are also a couple of grooves ideas to use this lick. Hope you have fun...
Drummers!
Another lick! This is funky variation of an inverted paradiddle (RllR LrrL) but replacing a couple of right hands with the kick (RllR LKKL). Have fun with it!

Hi Drummers!
This one is a very simple idea to spice up your grooves using the 5 stroke Roll. The concept is very simple, just split the hands between ride and hh! Dave Weckl does this a lot. Have fun with it!

I hope you have fun with this one! In this groove I'm experimenting with a couple of ideas (HRL and HRl) playing the HH with the foot first followed by the right hand. It's a pretty interesting sound :)

Hey Drummers!
This video is about a fill inspired by a great (not really known) drummer named Hardy Fischoetter. The subdivision is 16th note triplets, and it's mainly singles on the hands with a couple of kicks in between. The resolution is pretty cool. I hope you have fun with this one...
Hey Drummers!
Just sharing another combination of two stickings, RKKLRL, RKKL and RKKLRL again. Have fun with it!

Drummers!
I remember watching the "Back to Basics" video and being so amazed by Dave Weckl's command on the drum set. What a beast!!! This is one of my favorite grooves of his in "Spur of the moment". He actually improvises more with this, this is just a general idea. I didn't transcribe the...
