I wanted to know can we get a good recording from one mic? If we can, then which mic to use and how to set it up around the kit. Is there any alternative without a mic?

Yes, there is a famous shop in pune called furtados which sells instruments and yes, i was asking a drums "new to me". I will check for the Yamaha Stage Custom.

I will really appreciate help about which drum kit to buy at a beginner level for drumming? Only the 5 drums setup for drumming. I have heard about multiple brands and so wanted to ask, that which is a good one for a beginner?

I am a beginner at drumming and I will be happy to take suggestion regarding how to build a routine for drumming practice for a monthly basis or other. I have played drums before and know some basic drum beats and fills.
