Thank you. The Yamaha is a 13x7.Nice snare drums! What’s the depth on the Yamaha?
And strangely I now have the urge for a
Big Mac and fries ( jk).
The Williams a 14x6,5.

I am so envious! That Starclassic Brass is fabulous! Great gift! Here's my Christmas present. It's a 14x5.5 Tama Starclassic Brass snare with a nickel finish. Got it 2nd hand and it's in immaculate condition. This drum is an absolutely beast - really sensitive, sounds great at any tuning and the die-cast hoops give it a really fat rimshot sound. I especially love to tune it high to the point where it delivers a "pop" type rimshot sound, which I find so satisfying. I've pretty much only used wood snares up until now but this drum leaves all my others in the dust - it's just amazing. I also have plans to get a 14x6" Sonor Prolite Brass Snare some point as that drum also looks brilliant. Definitely feel like brass snares with die cast hoops are the way forward for me in general now.
That's one amazing looking snare! love the finish, hammering, hardware and badge. How does it sound?
Yes, the first run hoops with the snare gate at the bottom. That's pretty sweet. Aluminum hoops as well?
Updating my post from 2017, lol. Derosier snare not pictured, but I still have it....

Thanks. It's gown on me over the past few months that I've had it.Nice finish!
Canon is migrating away from DSLR towards mirrorless, so any used DSLR will be lower in price than its mirrorless equivalent.what do you think would be a "better-than-decent" entry-level digital camera? And by that, I mean the sub $500 range.
