Brandon Laliberte has been playing the drums since the age of 12. His fascination with the instrument began at a much earlier age. Brandon would watch Led Zeppelin's "Song Remains The Same", and was immediately drawn to the one they called "Bonzo".
Brandon had found his calling.
Brandon's first drumming experience, was with a local marching group The Children Of Light in Minneapolis. Lead by Maurice Clark, Brandon began to learn the fundamentals of drumming, and performed in summer festivals in Minneapolis's inner city, While sneaking out of math and/or a science class or two, Brandon would head down to the drum department, where he was introduced to the drum kit by Mr. Clark. "Brandon's instincts around the kit were totally unexpected" Says Mr.Clark
At the age of 14,Brandon bought his first kit, with the money he'd saved from a summer job.
Brandon's first band experience began in high school. Seducted played and appeared in many local school talent shows throughout high school,and a few of Minneapolis's local "Rock" clubs.
At 16, Brandon was filling in with some of Minneapolis's local heavy weight cover band acts,and building a reputation among many local musicians.
In 2002 Brandon was introduced to drummer William Berg, while in a mutual recording studio, at a time when Brandon felt he had hit a dead end with his level of learning. Mr. Bergs insight gave Brandon a new dedication into his art and studies.
Brandon set out to further his skills with the guidance of drummer Gordy Knudtson, with a new vision in sight. Gordy's technique's and guidance have opened up endless learning possibilities for Brandon.
Between projects,Brandon is currently a student with Mr.Knudtson. Brandon's forte' is rock, but has many diverse styles such as:
pop,country,hip hop,funk and more.
In 2004,Brandon joined Countach. Brandon has recorded 3 albums with the band, Gasoline in 2005,and Frozen Waters in 2006.
With numerous Minneapolis shows,midwest tours and a full east coast tour in 2006.
And many dates/tours scheduled for 2007, for Countach's latest release:
"As The Crow Flies". Countach has founded their own indie label in 2007, Rock Mafia Records, with daily operations run by Brandon.
In between projects,Brandon currently runs his own webcast production company: Chaos-N-Motion. With numerous studio recording credits,radio and television commercials, Brandon continues to pursue work as an independent recording artist, with artist's in studio,live and touring.
Brandon can be seen in the midwest playing in local clubs and throughout the midwest and abroad with current band COUNTACH.

In the future, Brandon's goals are to teach his art, and explore the possibility's of opening a recreation center in Minneapolis's inner city.
