Default Which is the better deal??

Which is the better deal out of these packages:

Yamaha DTX520 with a Simmons DA50 for $700

or

Yamaha DTX530 with a pair of Senn 280 Pro headphones for $900

Both used of course. The cymbals are what's really swaying me towards the 530, but I would really like an amp to go with it and I don't have the cash for an amp right now if I spend $900 for the 530's. That's what makes the 520's appealing!

It is so hard to choose your first e-kit! I'm pulling what's left of my hair out!

You can get 15 inch cymbal for $160 to $200 (USD) depending on if you get the arms or not.

The 13 inch cymbals you can get from around $160 USD (+-)

You could go for your $700 option and then turn around and get the 15 inch ride for a total of $900.

This way you get the amp and a better cymbal.

I think it's a no brainer now. The guy just offered me the 530's for $600. I can't pass that deal up!

No doubt about it. Headphones will be better than an amplifier. No need to broadcast your learning and practicing when you can keep it private.
