Default Roland Drum Triggers with any module?

Do Roland drum triggers (RT-10) work with any Drum Module like Alesis, Yamaha, WHD etc or do I need a roland drum module? I was thinking about ddrum pro triggers but i hear alot of bad reviews. I have a PP900E Drum kit if that helps. Thanks

Default Re: Roland Drum Triggers with any module?

hey dude,

As far as i know the Roland triggers work with any kind of module. I use them with an Alesis D4 and it works perfect!

Also yamaha cymbals work on Roland modules, that stuff is all compatible as far as I know. It all works on the same MIDI signals, so I couldn't see why it won't work actually. BUT don't just take my word for it.

Oh, and what is a PP900E drumkit?
