How is your bassdrum pitched?
Is the is the powerstroke coated?
It really doesn´t look loke it is coated but it is light withe.........
how much did the drums cost you without cymbals?

A dw product, like a multi clamp thing. I have one mounted to a tom holder off of a cymbal stand holding my ride. A dw stand doesn't drop low enough......that's why I use 'em.

Sorry, I just re-read your question. The shells alone were 525.00, I don't use the 10" or the snare that came with it.

They sound good I've used coated Emporers mostly. Just switched to the pins, they sound better in the small room I'm practicing in right now.

Are you sure that it is a 16"x22" bass drum, I think it is a 18"x22" bass drum.
Looks great, I saw so many kits with a retro wrap in the last time but this is definatly the "gang-bang" best wrap I`ve seen until now...

yeh they're awesome! My kick work actually improved more when I went from my Yamaha's to my 5000 accelerators, than the 5000's to the 9000's.

Nice kit you've got there. Interesting use of a Dogbone (mentioned above!), I suppose it spares you having another cymbal stand.

Personally, I'm loving your cymbal sizes. Always liked the idea of 18" and 19" crashes with a 20" ride, and I bet they combine to create a huge cymbal sound. I agree with Mediocrefunkybeat, the ride looks intense!!! Superb quality too...

Wow, thats such a nice kit! I love the Pacific finishes. I'm not a big fan of wrap finishes, but this one was quite tasty! I'm gettin my Pacific soon too!

To add to your question this ride is great. Much better for me than the 20" Power Ride I had before. Very bright, not washy or roary like the Power. I only wish they offered it in a 22". I've talked to Andrew at Paiste about ordering a 22 but way to expensive. I play the bell alot but I also pound the edge like a crash, so the Power was no good.

Dude , the color reminds me of my brother's vintage Rogers kit from when I was little in 1976 (grade 8) *sheds a tear for that kit*. Awesome!

DW 9K pedals - that is either a new video game or some damn nice hardware ;)
Paiste Sigs - some serious metal goin' on there!
