Default Roland KD-7 kick pad and SPD-30

Hi all,

I wonder if anyone of you is using KD-7 kick pad ideally on SPD 30. Because I don't seem to get enough velocity on that kick pad. Neither the volume is enough in SPD-30 nor when I connect to midi and addictive drums I get the highest velocity hence the sample on that velocity. I already checked the volume on the pad assignment.
Was thinking to return the unit but unfortunately haven't used it for more than a year hence out of warranty.

I think I can close this tread now because I actually found the way to increase velocity by increasing the sensitivity from settings.
