Default Pro Mark Praise

I just wanted to share my experience with Pro Mark recently. I have been using their sticks for a number of years now. (Shira Kashi Oak 5B Nylon Tip.) They feel great and have always been very durable. I must have either had some bad luck or just a bad batch of sticks recently because I was breaking quite a few tips off. I knew Pro Mark had a warranty on broken tips so I went online to try and find it. Well I couldn't find it and emailed them asking if they still had this warranty. I got a quick response back stating that they had moved their return section and was sent a link. I had 6 sticks that I shipped back with broken tips, so I figured I'd be getting 3 pairs. A week later I get 6 new pairs of sticks! I was so shocked that a company would actually care for their customer and have some faith in their product. I will be a Pro Mark user for life now.

That's awesome to hear! I'm a big fan of "the natural" 5b.

I love Pro Mark sticks. I typically use the 747 hickory. Picked up a pair of oak sticks but I don't care for them.
