Default UN lining H&B Enduros

I have lined H&B Enduros for one of my kits. Over the years, the foam has ripped, torn and just generally deteriorated. What I am left with is every time I take them out, the remnants of the lining gets all over the lugs, rims and pretty much in any nook and cranny on the drums. Does anybody know a quick, easy way to get all the f---ed up foam out of them?

If you are the original owner you can send them back to the company to get re-lined. The new foam has a covering that doesn't tear.

If they won't do it, PM me, I know someone....

They were an eBay acquisition, so I'm not the original owner. Still, I suppose it couldn't hurt to contact them and see what they suggest.
