Default axis ekit for yamaha dd-65????? not working...

Hi..guys...I need somebody's help.

I have a digital drum..Yamaha dd-65.
It came with crappy bass button trigger.

Since I needed to practice bass drum skill,
I decide to get a real pedal....
And got axis pedal with ekit and a bass practice pad.

By my little thought...It supposed to work great.
But.. It didn't work as I was expected.

The hammer on the ekit didn't even work..
I couldn't hear any sound coming out from dd-65.
Soon I figured It out....
when the hammer hits the trigger really hard is the only time
that the dd-65 makes the sound.(I was worried if I received faulty ekit)

I can not make any single noise with my normal kick...
I guess...dd-65 has some kinda dynamic system on the crappy bass button.

There is no option to change the sensitivity on dd-65.
While I was searching to find the solutions,
I found Yamaha kp65(electronic tower trigger pad) is compatible with dd-65.

However I still want to know
if there are any other ways to make axis ekit work properly on my dd-65.
I guess something like 'signal booster' or 'dynamics generator'..
Any suggestions??? I would really appreciate..
