I'd go Remo Emporer or Evans G2. Coated Ambassador for snare.

aquarian clear classic or performance IIs for the toms, coated power dot on snare
or
remo clear emperors or pinstripes and a cs coated or coated ambassador on the snare

i wouldnt get too concerned about the thickness of the head, i would be more concerned with sound, look some sample videos of the heads in question up on youtube and listen to them with your best headphones.

Single ply with some control, Aquarian studio x on toms and coated studio x on snare, I also suggest you get a studio ring for your snare so you can alternate between a dryer or wetter sound when needed depending on the songs you are covering.

Hello, I play a Gretsch Catalina Birch.
I would change my head, but I do not know how to direct me.
Does someone could tell me what could be suitable to play rock, funk and some jazz?
thank you

Check out the Evans G Plus coated white heads. They're 12mil single-ply so they're a bit more durable but still very sensative to a wide range of dynamics, making them great heads for a variety of genres.

Cheers!

I have Catalina Maples, sealed them a couple weeks ago.

Personally, I go:

8x7: Clear Ambassador / No reso
10x8: Clear Emperor / Clear Ambassador
12x9: Clear Emperor / Clear Ambassador
14x14: Powerstroke 3 Coasted / Clear Ambassador
16x16: Coated Emperor / Clear Ambassador

They've been versatile enough for me.

I'd say from my own preference remo heads. Go with a pinstripe for a fat, wet, slightly choked tone that is great for rock, funk, and metal. Check out the head selection of the drummers you listen to, if you like to way they sound then go buy that type of head. The heads make a huge difference in tone and attack.
