Default Anyone make replacment felt for Iron Corba pedal ?

I just pick up an double Iron corba pedal and it in very good condtion. The only thing is that the right beater felt is worn down all the way on the bottom side. Do I have to replace the whole beater shaft unit or dose someone sell just the felt ? Not sure if it could be glued on or in one picture it looked like it had a small set screw in the middle holding it on. Any help would be nice. Thank you.

I think you can buy individual beater heads. You just unscrew the old one and put the new one on. Simple.

I just had a look on ebay and you can get the IC beater heads for about 10 each in the UK.
