Default Tool-Eulogy Drums

I'm on a Tool kick...After recording Parabola, I pulled out my old CDs and listened again to Ænima. Then I remembered what a great song Eulogy was, went out to the barn and started playing along to the intro on the V-drums, and it was all over from there. So I'm seem to be working backwards through Tools albums - 10,000 Days, Lateralus, and now Ænima.

Anyway, I hope you all like it, and thanks again for watching!

Long time Danny Carey fan myself, I've sen him live at least 5 times.

I love the intro on the e-kit, and then again with the shaker, simply awesome! Your playing is quite tight and I could only hope to be able to play Carey's stuff so well one day.

Keep it up! (please!)

Thanks man, your feedback is all the more meaningful since you're a fan of Carey. I've only seen him live once, but he didn't screw up or miss a beat the entire set, which is incredible given their set list.

Thanks a bunch for your feedback, it really means a lot.

Once again man!! Rock solid. If you take the time to learn tool songs on drums, you are a TOOL Fan! lol. Thats some serious work and dedication. I learned Stinkfist and that was a little difficult. If I would choose any song for you to cover it would 46&2. That would be a challenge! I would love to see that cover especially from you!

That's great you learned Stinkfist - all of Carey's songs are hard! One of the things I really like about Carey is how subtle he can be in a song, even when he's playing something extraordinarily difficult. He's never too flashy, in my opinion at least.

Fourty-six and two is my other favorite song on that album. That drumming craziness near the end is the first time I got chills listening to a Tool song. Maybe some day I'll give it a go :)

No problem, but I feel very unqualified to offer critique, as I'm not familiar with the material. Impressive though.

Amazing drumming. If you're taking requests, I'll put mine in for Ticks and Leeches.
