Zickos - 14" Hoop

I've picked up a very nice Zickos clear kit and the 14" Tom is missing the lower hoop...It is an 8 hole and rods required as well (Prefer original Zickos parts if possible)...Suggestions as to where I can pick up this item to finish of my Tom...?...Thank you...RZ...
