Default What a bargain!

Hi fellow drummers
Just picked this bad boy up from e-bay for 56!
Made in Wales, U.K.
Designed by a drummer called Simon Nugent, who I know nothing about. Can anyone here enlighten me?
14"x6" 1.5mm acrylic shell with die cast hoops.
I put some decent heads (Evans) on it and an unused Yamaha carbon steel snare I had as a spare.
The sound is wonderful, loud and surprisingly full while retaining a crisp note. Rimshots to die for.
I am fast becoming a real fan of acrylic snares.
Please share any thoughts or comments you may have.
Skunk.

Wow! What a great find, that is a gorgeous drum! I've gotta get one of those sometime.
