Default rocker bearing DW8002

Hi, I've bought DW8002 few years ago and now i found out my rocker bearing is broken, i contacted DW CS, and they said they have redesign the rocker and spring assembly, what they did is they change the rocker bearing assembly which was DWSP049 with DWSP016 which is the standard rocker hub with the steel rocker...

here is the pics

so they gave me 2 options wanna stay with the old model or the new one (Standard model)

has anyone been through this? i need everyone opinion before i made up my mind on which part should i get.

I'd go with the "new" (SP016) piece.

If they "went back to" the older style, and use it now, there had to be a bad design flaw in the one you have that just broke. Lots of other people must have had the same thing happen.
I have a 12 (or older) year old 5000 Strap with the same SP016, and it's never had any issues.
