Default Samson 7kit?

I should have looked here first, but I just got the Samson 7kit, 7xlrs and 3 stands on eBay for 269.00. Did I get a decent deal, or did I waste my money.

I think that's pretty much what it goes for these days.
It's a nice starter set for that price.

Good deal - I bought mine for the same price at Sam Ash, but I didn't get the extras. Good thing I was covered in that area.

I'm not familiar with these microphones, but as I preach to the masses, lol, microphone placement is far more critical than the make of the microphone itself.

Luckily they are for the time being, Rich Redmond put the heads on and tuned my kit before I bought them new. He used the kit for a drum clinic and I loved the sound so I bought it. I'm going to be hating the day I replace the heads and have to finally tune them myself.
