Default Digital drum dial

Has anyone here switched from the standard drum dial to the digital model ? I have been thinking about making the change. It has a nice hard plastic carry case for taking it on the road. Any reviews ? ? ?

My opinion is if the non digital one works for you them why bother, The digital one is more expensive, uses batteries and has allot more that can go wrong with it, but no I have not heard any reviews on it. Good luck

The best thing about the digital one is that it is very easy to read.
