Default Re: Why is everyone on craigslist so dumb?

I found an alcoholic ex-marine bass player who has flashbacks or something every now and again and drink Four Lokos two at a time. Scary? Yes.

And can't play bass.

Something that troubles me about some Craigs buyers and sellers is that they don't do their homework and also they will not put any effort into buying or selling.

Example; If I see a drum kit on craigs I will google it and find out exactly what it sells for new as well as the used prices that are currently out on the net.
I know if it is a good deal or not.
I don't have to waste time with a seller that is way to high in price.

If I place an ad on craigs I will give a good description of the item/s.
Many craigs posters don't do that.
I always post a GOOD picture. A picture speaks a thousand words.

If the item is dusty I will clean it.

I save the stock heads that come with drum kits and I put those heads on when I sell a kit because they are new!
Most buyers don't want to see drums with worn heads on them.

If someone contacts me I make sure that I get back to them promptly.

It is simple things like these that make a sale.
I kind of like old drums:)
