Default Help! Tom mount!

Hey guys I'm new to the forum, so sorry if im ignorant to drum lingo and such. I just bought an add-on tom for my kit- it's a ddrum diablo 10 x 8 purple tom. I wanted to get a tom mount that clamps on to the crash cymbal stand and holds the tom. The problem is, this isnt a regular tom that has a usual tom mount rod-thing. It has a suspended tom mound (i think thats what its called) its like a black bar going around half the tom. Where could i buy a mount that would attach to that and then clamp to my crash cymbal? Thanks.

Here is what you need along with a clamp to secure it to the cymbal stand. Any music store will stock these. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/drums...-l-rod-tom-arm

Thats it, They also sell an entire stand that comes with the L rod that will hold the tom and the cymbal.

OK, either way is fine.
When you price it out its about $60 more for the entire stand.
If you needed another cymbal stand because you may add another cymbal in the future it may be a good idea to buy the stand.
