Default Protection Racket

I am having trouble getting a PR case for my kick drum. The kick drum size is 22x22 and nowhere seems to be able to get it in. Some stores claim they don't make a 22x22, but it is there on their website. Does anyone know of anywhere in the states the specialise in PR cases? Cheers in advance.

Google didn't yield much. Only these guys: http://www.rockemmusic.com/product/p...m-case-2222-00

They're in the UK....but so are PR and as it's marked as a special order, I'd reckon there'd be less wait time. Contact them and see if they ship to Oz.

That said, have you tried Hydes? If it can be got.....they'll get it.

Hi mate. Yes, I tried Billy Hyde, but they said it will also have to be a special order. I wanted to buy from the states so they can ship straight to SJC in Dudley, MA for them to pack the drums in to ship them over to Australia. Not sure what else to do? I went on the protection racket site and emailed all of the resellers in MA, so hopefully one of them will help me out. With it being an odd sized kick drum, I would say it will take quite a while for them to get the right size bag in for it...

Yes mate....there's two terms that never seem to go all that well together....those being, "special order" and "availability in Australia".

Good luck!!

This is true. Sometimes I wish I still lived in the UK. You can get anything you want. Billy Hyde aren't very good at special orders. For instance, I ordered some Puresound SoundBlaster snare wires, they came in, and they sold them to someone else, along with the Pearl nylon washers I ordered...
