How to get my bass to sound like this?

Higher or lower tuning?

Something like a PowerStroke 3 with a low tuning will do that. However, you're listening to a 16" bass drum outside on the street being recorded by a single handheld wireless mic not on axis with the kick drum. Do you own a Safari kit already?
