Default Yamaha MS50DR AMP

Would this be enough for home playing at medium to loud levels? Is it enough to jam with a guitar player at home?

sound quality and is there something else better in this price range?

thanks

Yes to the Yamaha ... pass on the Simmons .... I've read nothing but horrible reviews about the Simmons.
I run three Roland PM-1's and three KC-100's in my jam room. Both are 60 watt. e-kit, SPD-S, Wave Drum, Mandala, guitar, bass, keyboards .... everything, gets put thru either/or .... great little workhorse amps so yeah, you could do the same thing with the Yamaha.
