Default Long Exposure Drum Pics

Here's a couple of pics of my kit goofing around with long exposure on my camera. Nothing fancy.

I had two LED lights, one red and one blue. For the first one it was a 60 second exposure where I shone the blue light through the bottom of each drum and them the red light around the edge of each cymbal. In the second one, the blue light was on the floor under the cymbal, and I just did random things on the cymbal with the red light.

looks cool. I like long exposure pictures. It's cool the way you can make pictures with line streaks from dynamic objects.

Neat eye candy, jman. When I saw the heading I was expecting pictures with your arms flailing about in a blur ... do you have of those?

Just a Panasonic point and shoot. I forget the exact model off the top of my head; it's my mom's. But it had up to 60 sec exposure.

Nice! I love playing around with light in photography.

I did some long exposure stuff on a day off in the studio, and played around with light painting and ghost images:
