I was wondering if these sets will fit into a 6' x 6' space comfortably, I heard that e-kits are way better then acoustic for smaller spaces.. is there a big difference in the amount of floor space needed for a TD-4, TD-9, TD-10, TD-12 etc.... are these adjustable quite a bit meaning can I space everything out similar to acoustic.. i am about 6'2" so hoping I am not crammed too much... I had a HD-1 and was crammed a lot I was hoping that a TD-4 or above offers more space between the drums, cymbals... thanks for any info. |

I have a TD-4 and had to build a vibration platform for it.. I used a half sheet of plywood which is 4' x 4' and cut it diagonally corner to corner so I had 2 triangles one for the top and one for the bottom.. It holds the set perfect less the stool... so yeah 6 x 6 is more then enough room...

cool thanks for the quick reply... that sounds good then...
do you have lots of room when you play like elbow room, I was just hoping the snare, hh and other cymbals are spaced out ok.... I had a HD-1 and was pretty crammed. |
