Default PRACTICE PAD WANTED!

Hello, I am looking for a good small portable practice pad. I have my HQ and love it, but it's too big.. I really don't want to spend much money at all, I am even willing to buy one used if you have one. "I am wanting it to be very quiet, since I will probable bring it to school!"
Thanks, -Adam

(BASICALLY A SMALL QUIET PAD) RECOMMEND?

HQ 6 inch? Vater 6 inch? Any other 6 inch?

Or for a really cheap option, glue a mouse pad to a block of wood.

No louder than your 12". But none of them are "silent" if that's what you're after....if you're paradiddling away in class, beware the irate history teacher!!

Then make one. A mouse pad, a block of wood and some glue....how hard is that? And couldn't possibly cost more than a few bucks.

The moongel pad sounds perfect for you. Small, very very quiet, and very very long lasting. Also very effective. The moongel doesn't give you a lot of rebound, so the stroked are mainly generated from your own movements.

They don't come cheap though :/ I think a new one is about $40.

I was almost thinking about what Pocket said making my own with a Mouse pad. Although I wanted it to make it look cool, so I was thinking about using this http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_1...=SPM1620073801 haha

I did just that. It took me all of five minutes, although it's certainly not silent.
