Was the P2000C ever made in black finish?

I'm looking but can't find it anywhere.

Is the cam coloured? The Eliminator came with a series of cams. White, Blue, Black and Red if I recall. If the cam is not a plastic, coloured piece then it's more likely to be a P-120, which was the 'junior' version of the pedal. I actually have an older Pearl P-100 - which is the model that came before the P-120 and it's a pedal I like very much indeed.

Edit: Had a better look at the pictures. That looks like the 2000 'Eliminator' model with the black cam. A very fine pedal.

It has a black plastic cam.
You just press a button and it comes out so you can interchange.
It didn't came with the other colors so I'll look around to buy the "set" but so far I've seen the Red and the white being sold at 10$ each.

I can't remember what the different cams do, but I seem to recall that the Red cam is an offset cam with a non-linear action, powerful at the end of the stroke and the Black cam is the standard cam.

It's not a single pedal.

It's left 1/2 of a double pedal. You can see where the cross bar attaches.

I'm pretty sure the black was a special edition of that model, but whether it's double or single is a bit trickier. It could be the main (non-slave) pedal of a lefty double, but in that case the owner had to have taken off the slave beater and cam. Does the single P2000C have that axle end sticking out?

EDIT: You know what, it's almost definitely single. There's only one spring.
