Default listening suggestions

I am looking for some new stuff to listen to along the lines of the rh factor and cold duck complex. I've been listening to the rh factor's album distractions a lot lately. Its very reminiscent of parliament/funkadelic.

Christian Scott's album Rewind That with Thomas Pridgen is kinda what I was looking for. It is similar to some stuff by the rh factor.

Give these a try.

Nesby Phips "Blue and Green": http://youtu.be/uS4q_iBypxY

STS "Moon Walkin": http://youtu.be/BrJD0x2ezbE

Camp Lo "Luchini": http://youtu.be/TXyFYNiV-9I
The recurring element? Long time producer Ski Beatz.

Apple Juice Kid is another one. He has several mixtapes that are based around Sinatra, Miles Davis, and Louis Armstrong. Very interesting stuff.

Black Milk "Deadly Medley": http://youtu.be/SOMldtCNyZ0
The beat on this was made big on a Black Keys project called Blakroc. However it was originally done by Blackrock, the song was called, "Yeah Yeah".
