Default Cheap Electronic Kit For Under $400

I know $400 isnt much, but all im looking for is something to practice on when roommates, neighbor, ext are complaining about loud drums or trying to sleep or what not. anything decent on the market for a low price that would be resonable to buy?

I'm not sure where you are but, I picked up a complete Roland TD-3 for under $400 cdn. It is serving me well now as triggers for Addictive Drums. In a few months I'm planning an upgrade to a new ekit.

I bought a cheap set a few years back..its the one made by sony I think it was called music machine..its now marketed on ebay under a different name but has the red cymbals shaped like yammys and the round ball brain..I payed $100 for it used and it wasnt worth it..you get what you pay for...a bad e set turned me away from e-drums for years..I saved up due to an apartment move and got a Roland TD4..its worth every penny..I would recomend buying used roland or yammy
