How often should you change the resonant heads?

I never let mine go more than 15 years - give or take a decade! I've been toying with the idea of changing mine since I'm coming up on 10 years...

We (Evans) recommend changing them at least every 3 times you change your batters. Obviously, this assumes you're changing your batters frequently enough.
