Default Mixcraft?

Has anyone used mixcraft (like garageband for windows) to mix tracks and edit recordings?
It's $75, so is it worth it? Looks better than garageband IMO. I'm thinking about using it to mix some tracks that I can play drums along to, as well as edit my drum sounds, and create new ones.
Sooo anyone used it? It is worth it?
Thanks.
