That's great, it's good to see there are still nice people around in stores that aren't just trying to snatch a sale for as much as they can.

Wow small world! PMT southend is my local music shop, i live in westcliff.

I had a good experience there a couple months ago. Got a 10" head but actually needed a 12". Silly me for forgetting my Tom size. Took it back and swapped it for the bigger head but he said dont worry about the extra cost. It was only a few pound more but all the more i appreciated it.

My friends who im in a band with get all their gear there to. The staff are brilliant.
