A lot of cheap pedals come out of the same factories. This looks like a Gig or Pulse or some other cheap brand. I would suggest a new one!

I've never seen those before. But if it feels solid to you, I suggest a dismantling, replace the springs and the hooks to the beater cam, give it a cleaning, and play 'em! If it feels good to you now, when it's cleaned up it might move better. It looks like its covered in dirt.

i pulled those pictures off of a listing on craigslist. i just wanted to see if they had any value, thanks for the input!
