Default OSP DD502 Double Bass

The people at OSP claim that a double bass pedal can be attached to their DD502 Digital Drumkit, but when you attach one, it only registers the hit of one beater, not both, and everyone has this problem. I found a solution, or actually a simple work around. To make the DD502 doube bass, select the custom kit you wish to edit, then change the sound of the hihat pedal closing to the same sound and volume level as your bass drum trigger. Therefore, when you press down the hihat pedal, it makes the sound of a bass drum. There is one small compromise though. When you use the hihat pedal, you cannot have a closed hihat sound and open sound. You must make the sound of the open hihats and closed hihats the same sound and volume in order for it to sound normal. Once you do this, the module is able to register your kicks as fast as you can go with no lag, giving you double bass
