Default Tama RoadPro Hi Hat Stand - Please Help :)

I've been looking around for a new hi hat stand for about a month now and a few people have suggested the RoadPro stand to me. I need quite a tall stand and Tama don't list the stand sizes on their website.

So I was wondering if anyone uses one and if they can give me the height of them and if they're any good?

Thanks alot :)

You'll need to go to a drum shop and look at a bunch. I have the Tama Iron Cobra HH lever glide. The one Kenny Aronoff uses. Awesome. "Tall" means....?

There's no drum shops in my area, thats why I'm asking on here :P
By tall I mean how high you can set the hats, and I would like the Lever Glide but they're a bit out of budget at the moment lol

The rod on my Tama Iron Cobra hat stand is about 46 inches at the peak.
The top of the rod on my Tama Stage Master hat stand is about 43 inches at the peak.
Sorry, I don't have a Road Pro to measure.

Thats Awesome thanks.
It gives me an idea of the height, it'll probably be inbetween heights cos its inbetween models, but even 43 inches would do me fine :)

Thanks again (Y)

You're welcome, I play my hats with the cymbals at the 34 to 36 inch height range depending on what kit that I am playing.
I have never run out of height on a hat stand.
The shortest hat stand that I have is an inexpensive Pearl stand.
There is still a few inches of rod left when I use that stand.

I couldn't tell you what my tallest hat stand is, probably a Tama or Pearl, but my lowest has got to be my Yamaha 800 series. It's at least 3 inches shorter than the others.

My roadpro is approx 43 inches- I believe there is something that cna be adjusted on it- I never bother.

Excellent quality- it really lives up to its pro name- I have no need for any other hi-hat

Is as good quality as my Yamaha stands- that is high praise, I could build houses using my double braced yamaha stands
