Default Need help choosing a Cymbal Set.

I need help choosing a cymbal set!!

So far i have a combination of Sabian and Zildjian starter cymbals and i want to upgrade, mainly so that the cymbals sound right together.

Ive been searching the internet for a set thats just right for me, the only problem is, is that most cymbals i cant find being played online and i know i should play them myself so i can test them out but where i live, there is only one music shop, its mainly for guitars and keys and what drum stuff they do have is horribly overpriced.

Im looking for something with atleast a crash, hi hats, and a ride.

When it comes to sounds, i want the ride to be something that makes a "tah" and has a lot of decay, i dont like rides that ring out for ages and make that terrible echo effect. Hi hats, something like the ride in that its responsive and doesnt echo. The crash doesnt matter to me but again i want something that doesnt make a dominating echo sound.

Anything from $0 to $500 is my budget... anyone got any ideas?

Thanks!

To stay in your budget try a Zildjian A pack. 20 inch ride, 14 hats and 16 crash for about that price.

check out this store specials: http://www.justdrumsonline.com/store...bal-deals.aspx

I personally would save like a 100 bucks more and go for the Zildjian A series Pack with the 21" sweet ride, 14" new beat hi hats, 16" Medium Thin Crash, and a FREE 18" Medium Thin Crash AND and a FREE 22" Zildjian Gig Bag.

Those are AWESOME cymbals and a nice pack I think It worth the extra 100 bucks out of your budget

Cheers...

Cheers guys, i probably will try to save up the extra 100 and go for the Zildjian A's, they seem to be quite popular and trusted.
