Here's a link to an inspiring drumming - Karl Brazil - at the Jobeky UK Drum Fest. Some things I find interesting is he's only using a standard 4 piece kit, he's not "overplaying" and he seems to be using a combination matched grip and French grip.

Yeah!!! Whoohooo, now that's one of the best drumming performances I've heard in years. Wonderful expression, uber skill, great passion, just perfect IMHO. If ever there was an example of chops used to best musical affect, that was it, right there. Totally blew me away!
