Default A couple little Tama Superstar Hyperdrive questions.

Im really REALLY interested in buying one but i wasnt able to tell the differences between the SL, SX and the SK. So far I found out that the finishes are different. So my
Is there any other differences? Do the finishes affect the sound, if yes is it a BIG difference?

I'm willing to bet that they want you to think that there is! Pick a nice color and budget for some new heads that you can put on them when you get them. Perhaps one line is stained finishes and another could be wrapped finishes. But I think the shells are all are the same. I do love the hyperdrive sizes, I have those on my Starclassic Bubinga Elite kit. They sing!
