Default Chris Maitland

Former Porcupine Tree drummer(before Gavin took the band to a way higher level),played
on many PT records before "In Absentia".Chris' sound and feel fit the band well.Just wondering what drums/cymbals he used. And if he still plays?

I'm not sure exactly what cymbals he used, but I did recently see an old PT video with Maitland. He was using a DW brand kit...has a pretty nifty drum solo too:

Hope that helps

Yeah, he had skills,I bought alot of older PT albums and liked the drum sound his kit produced. But still I'm floored by Gavins sound and skill.

Of course! I was almost pushed away from older PT because Gavin wasn't there, but then I learned to like Maitland a bit more :)
