Default Superphonic

Do guy's think an Aquarian High Energy skin would be good on a Superphonic?

Yes, that head sounds good on a 402.
That head actually sounds really good on a lot of drums.

Steve Riley from LA Guns uses one of my kits when they come through Detroit, and he has a Hi Energy on his 402 and it sounds really good. Don't have to kill it either.

His snare didn't sound all that different than the 402 I brought for the back up, and I had a Remo CS coated on it.

I mention it because you'd think it'd be a real thick sounding head, but it's pretty articulate and not all that dead sounding. Compared to an Ambassador, it'd seem "deader" of course, but a lot of 2 ply heads (which aren't as durable) sound either the same, or less sensitive than the Hi-Energy to me.

That's my 2 cents.
