Default cymbal stacker?

I want to put a bell in my setup but I don't want anymore arms or stands in my way. Are these cymbal stackers a good way to go. Could I just put the bell upside down on top of a crash and just use one stand. What stackers are best, most durable etc. I like the Gibraltar mini stacker because its so small and won't look weird, but the price is cheap and its looks kinda crappy so I don't really know what to think right now. I could really use some suggestions.

I really think the most popular method is to flip it over and put a thin felt between the two cymbals and lock it down. You'll get some tone colors shared between the two cymbals. You can find plenty of pics of it if you browse thru some of the users' set photos.

I was thinking that at first but what I plan to do is have the bell on a V-crash. But I love the bell on the V-crash and would like to be able to play the bell on crash and the bell attached.
