Didn't I just see that kit on Ebay?

Of all the Rogers finishes that one is by far my favorite. Unfortunately, for whatever reason it was prone to splitting.

Hopefully the shells are in-round and they sound good.

They were not listed on ebay. I have had them for a couple years, bought them locally. What I paid is not public information. Indeed, there are a couple small wrap splits along the grain of the wrap, really pretty minor. I have another black onyx kit with more splitting problems, and a couple extra shells that are really alligatored.

It is not a log home, it is the inside of my music studio space. I applied the log surface as acoustic diffusion. I am working on the space, have built corner bass traps and added ceiling acoustic panels. Still a ways to go, I have some bass resonances in the room that still need to be tamed.
