Hey all, new to posting in the forum here, however I'm a very frequent viewer of the forums.

Thought I'd get my feet wet in the posting area with specs on my new kit.

Ddrum Dios Maple Red Sparkle finish

13x7 Snare
10, 12 Rack toms

16 china (actually the cymbal that came with my old kit, sounds really bad as a cymbal, amazing as a china/trash)

Aquarian Super 2's on all toms, Aquarian Classic Clear on reso side

Nice, I got the black dios myself but u will love the kit, i personally wouldve gone with a hi energy on the snare and performance 2's on the toms but still, that sounds like a great setup, enjoY!

Yea i love it. I took a shot on the High velocity snare head. I like two ply snare heads and it also had a power dot underneath the two plys for extra strength so that was a real selling bonus. I had performance II's from a friend to try out and wasn't too thrilled with them. Not bad but I guess not for me. I've used super 2's on everything and absolutely love their sound. Next snare I get will prolly have the high energy though ;)
