Default new drummer!

Hey guys I live in a student apartment where if I were to get a drumkit it would need to be extremely quiet! ALso my price range extends to about 300 and the most decent kit ive seen for that much is the Legacy DD501 I just wanted to know if its really quiet and would downstairs hear the bass drum? Im scared id never be able to play worried about my roomates complaining

Oh and here is the deal I have found for it! http://www.thomann.de/gb/millenium_h...rum_bundle.htm

I think I posted in the wrong thread before >_<

It would probably be quiet - it depends how hard you hit them though, but they only make a tapping sound. Use headphones and, for the most part, you'll be fine. You will have to be a bit reasonable though, just don't play at night
