Default New C&C Mahogany Kit

I have been a Ludwig guy for a long time, but I played a C&C mahogany kit in a store recently and LOVED it! So, I decided to actually order a kit. Here she is in all her burgundy sparkle glory.

She sounds VERY warm and fat. Such a pleasure to play!

22x14
12x8
14x14
16x16

I also have a 14x6 snare with wood hoops.

That is a beauty. Congrats. Love the Red Sparkle. I assume it is a lacquer and not a wrap.

Yea, they have a lacquer finish. The pictures make the drums look red, but they are definitely burgundy-darker than red sparkle.

Congratulations. Mahogany kits sound really good.

I like C&C. They do great work.

Nice. C&C makes great drums. I like those classic sizes too.

Really gorgeous. I would like to see some more close-ups and fully set up with cymbals, etc.

I also have my rack tom on a snare stand. I think that's the best way to minimize hardware if you want a virgin bass.

Absolutely one of the nicest kits I've seen in a long time. I was just quoted a price from C&C on the same configuration (different color), and I was surprised how reasonable it was.
